「服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。」

「Such a lovely welcoming B&B! Lovely lounge with roaring fire for guests use, rooms and beds comfy and clean, breakfasts are amazing, and host lovely. We stayed in the double room with twin beds - the twin beds are in a separate room, which is a great bonus!」

「Lovely stay in Y Capel. Check in really easy and parking onsite was fine. Room was absolutely lovely with a really comfy king bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was in the Erskine Arms and was really tasty. A fair few options on the hot menu and a choice of fruit, yogurts and cereal. We also ate in the pub in the evening and was a really nice meal. One thing to note.... The church next door has a bell that chimes every 15 minutes as well as on the hour, all through the night. Our room...
