「Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. 」
「Beautiful hotel in the middle of town which was perfect for shopping and dining out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was huge and the room was really comfortable.」
「We had an awesome stay but the heavy rains caused us to evacuate our villa as we got flooded, hotel staff was super awesome and we got upgraded to a hotel room.」
「Beautiful estate in Paarl. It actually has its own vineyards, and wine. Beautiful rooms. Would love to enjoy the hotel in summer. Their pool looks wonderful. Restaurant was superb. Perfect hotel to enjoy the ambience of the Western Cape」
