Reasonable price for a clean hotel . Will stay again.

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !

Comfortable bed, free snacks, buffet breakfast was outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....

The concierge staff is so great, helping us arrange transport and save us lots of money. They really treat you as friends and family.

This is a very luxurious hotel. The breakfast food was excellent.

This hotel has the most beautiful view of Sun Moon Lake. In the morning the reflection of the surrounding mountain range peaking thru the mist is breath-taking. The facility is outstanding, as is the staff. The atmosphere is laid back and soothing, the spa is fabulous, & the pool picture perfect. The hotel is fabulous for adults, although ok for families, not sure there is much to recommend for children.

Good

Great stay. We loved the lake view from our balcony. We had a king bed executive room that is a large mini suite (American) standard. Hugh bed that was more than comfortable. Bathroom has a big Japanese style soaking tub with big window facing the lake. Nice sunrise that you can see from you bed. Staff was wonderful and can speak English in the front desk. Free bike to use as we can see the bike path around most of the lake from our balcony. Good easy hiking trail to town. We preferred hotel in...

Lovely, large room and an amazing buffet! Ate at the buffet every day of our stay!

Very accommodating

Nice place, friendly people

We came to Zen and Pine Resort to hike Mt. Yushan. Although that wasn’t possible due to road closure, on the manager’s advice, we instead visited nearby Sun Moon Lake and hiked Mt. Shuishe, which was amazing and rescued our whole trip. I can’t say enough good things about the management of this property. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the manager even gave us a ride in her personal vehicle when we were heading the same direction! Breakfast and dinner were both very good, and the...

Clean and comfortable. I stayed here during North-to-South bicycle trip. The manager was very personable -- highly recommend!
