"The mattress had a dip in it, refrigerator didn’t work or just wouldn’t get cool or cold! Only 2 face cloth in bathroom so next morning had track down house keeping to get extra bc front desk wasn’t any help. Only one elevator was working which kept long wait times but breakfast was good!"

"Room was decent but was not cleaned well at all. We had to move from our first room because of a strange smell to which the front desk person was extremely accommodating. Our second room was better but I kept finding long hairs all over the bathroom. Counters did not look cleaned and sink handle was almost too dirty to touch. Floor was sticky and I wore my shoes the entire time. However, I used the gym in the morning which was actually quite nice - various machines, towels, weights. Sweet staff but cleaning needs improvement. "
