「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「The view from my room was pure magic, just a joy to wake there, the rooftop seating great at night for a drink. The staff friendly and relaxed and very helpful, a short walk from the town but far away enough to not see all the development 」

「Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water. The staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. Shame about the monster resort getting built in front, looking at cranes and building work. 」

I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2.」
