「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「We had a spacious room for the four of us which was generally clean. Close to the town center we could easily reach all kinds of restaurants. We had lovely pancakes fruit and tea for breakfast. The staff was super lovely and helpful, when one friend tripped down the stairs we were even helped and driven to our bus pick up point. So we had a really lovely stay.」

「The boat was nice. It’s not the luxury liners you see, but it was a nice size and the rooms were good. The dinning area was cozy making it great for mingling with other passengers. The top deck was nice. What made the trip for us was the food and the staff. The staff were wonderful. Very kind and friendly and helpful and the food was amazing!! We were fortunate to share our tour with a group of locals. They treated to a very special meal, but even without that the food was delicious and...

「I was advised the day of arrival the elevator was broken and we would be taken to another hotel. The elevator was non existent and there was obvious major building works in progress. The hotel we were taken to was substandard and not at all what we paid for. We were not given prior knowledge or the opportunity to choose our own hotel or for a refund.」

「Room was good. Shower drain did not drain well. I made a comment to the fron desk after the first night and the problem was not looked at. Location was ok. 」
