「Unfortunately this was the lowlight of my trip to Vietnam. Booking through Expedia was a terrible experience because we were not warned that we would be staying in rooms owned by private individuals, rather than the hotel itself. I blame both Expedia and the Flamingo for this. This meant the staff was unable and unwilling to help us with basic things like laundry, gym service, or check-out.
