Bali Hotel Adults Only Isla Verde, a Trademark by Wyndham
Staff was awesome. Good location. Clean place. Melysa Malo, the receptionist was an exceptional host. She gave us great places to visit and when she noticed my wife was limping from a sprained ankle she brought her an ice pack by the pool. Restaurant at hotel was 4 stars. Great food.

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino
The room was very clean! Could use some updating (carpet/chair) but still very nice. Location was great. Comfortable bed & spotless bathroom with nice hot rain shower. Wonderful staff and service. Everyone that helped us was so nice!

Great staff and clean room but was missing extra toilet paper and towels. The highlight was the breakfast it was great to spend time with the friendly staff and have an amazing breakfast.
