A major drawback is the resort does not have any backup power such as a generator for IF the power goes out. During my stay there was a cold, windy,, rainy storm and the electricity went out and was out all night it was very cold in the 30's outside and it got very cold in my unit. 「The staff is very friendly. But if you come in late at night like around 12:00 or later to check in it takes forever for someone to come to the door and check you in. I had to wait for 20 mins before someone noticed I was standing at the door. So they need to work on that. But other than that I enjoy staying there when I go to visit my daughter in North Carolina.」

「This is a nicely designed and maintained hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint is there is a good amount of noise from cars as the hotel is situated on the main road through the town. Also, if you’re driving a car and need to turn left onto the main road, it can be tricky due to the traffic traveling on the road in both directions and there’s no side exit from the parking lot onto a street with a stoplight or stop sign. 「Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again.」

They decided to have me permanently bypass their login page by providing my mac address. Getting my tablet to connect much less get to their login page was also extremely frustrating.
