Amazing place for vacation! No matter if you are friends, couple,family with kids ...everyone will be happy here! The stuff was amazingly friendly and helpful ! The place is new fresh super clean! Actually, we were a llittle surprised by the "families" staying at the resort this year. Kids in the hot tub, a new playground. We stay at the "Turzuoize" where we liked the more "adult" atmostphere in prior years. It turns out that we were paying more money for a rooftop pool. Something I would not have opted to do.

the butlers Fernanda and Armando are really kind and responded my request quick. however the person who clean the room did not refill the amenities, like show cap, vanity kit etc. and I have to ask. The room is in good layout, i like the closet that can be opened from two sides and there are dual sinks in bath room. The food is OK, most of the restaurant staff are very welcoming. there is show every night and many activities during the day.

The hospitality of the hotel was exemplary. The staff were very friendly and polite with the willingness to help. My wife and I are vegetarian and there were enough food choices for us. The quality of the food was very good especially Lorenzo. The butlers Alejandro and Yael were amazing and made the stay brilliant. Staff around the pool were efficient and friendly like those in the restaurants. Would stay there again. By the way, the views of the ocean are unforgettable

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish, and the entire hotel was spotless, truly one of the cleanest resorts we’ve visited. There were plenty of fun events and activities each day, which made the trip even more enjoyable. A special highlight was the Italian restaurant and The Den. The team there especiallyJorge, German, Evendly (spelling?), and Victor made our meal feel memorable. Their service was warm, thoughtful, and honestly some of the best we experienced at the resort. We also booked through Amstar, and they made everything so easy. Excursions were well-organized, and the transportation to and from the hotel was seamless. Overall, we felt completely safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for during our stay. Highly recommend! 💙🌊
