All staff had a great sense of humour and went beyond to help check-in. They made guests feel comfortable and happy. Highly recommend staying at Alivio in particularly the villas. However, this was my first time staying in the cabins. It's a bit outdated and needs some TLC.

The staff here are just excellent. We have stayed before and love the convenience, the dining and the atmosphere. I booked a Ridge View cabin this time. It was clean but very old and could use a web clean on the roof.

The property was super clean and the bbq facility’s were super clean and great, the cabin is a little dated, also could do with a few extra pots and baking dishes and maybe some plastic plates and cups for the little people apart from that it was clean and comfortable.

It was surrounded by bush but close to drive to the city. The receptionist was very friendly and even brought us a drink. Facilities were adequate for our needs and it was clean.

We stayed at Alivio Tourist Park Canberra over Christmas and were extremely disappointed with the conditions. On arrival, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Despite requesting that vomit be properly cleaned, it was only partially addressed, and we later noticed faeces on the floor. With five people in our party, this made the accommodation completely unsuitable. The property’s offered resolution—a $84 breakfast refund or a 20% discount on a future stay—was completely inadequate given the severity of the issues. Photos of the vomit and faeces clearly show the poor hygiene standards. We also attempted to get a full refund through Expedia, but our request was rejected. Unfortunately, this stay was far below expectations, and we cannot recommend this park to families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness and proper management.
