「Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.」

「Grenoble House is a hidden gem! The grounds are lovely, especially the jacuzzi/pool oasis area. The room was also a proper one bedroom apartment, which was excellent for my 6 day stay. Although check in is virtual, staff is accessible and very helpful. Also, you’re only a block away from Bourbon St, but the only thing you can hear is birds chirping. I don’t like staying in the French Quarter, but despite that, I’ll definitely be back.」

「The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean and spacious. The tv in our room didn’t work and there wasn’t any hot water from the bathroom faucet. We didn’t find the front desk staff to be very helpful. This was surprising given the cost of the hotel.」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「The Saint is a great, lower cost option to stay down in the French Quarter. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s on Canal street, only a couple blocks from Bourbon Street. They also allowed us an hour and a half later check out because or flight was in the evening. It gave us time to get lunch and shop some in the quarter. Definitely recommend.」

「We were a little disappointed as this hotel was advertised through Expedia for having a restaurant and 2 bars. The restaurant, which was really a bar was not open for the days we were there. The other bar didnt open until 4pm. The room was very musty. The TV only had local stations and the front desk didnt have a channel guide. The chamber maids kept the room tidy and replenished as needed. But the main lobby looked like it could use a good cleaning. The furniture in the room was lovely as was...
