「The Mayfair was a beautiful property, and very clean and spacious. The staff was excellent, particularly Jeanine, who was very helpful and communicative . The location is convenient. Brunch at The Ruby Slipper, in the same building is great!」

「Wonderful hotel with history in the heart of the French Quarter! The rotating bar is the best! The beds were comfy with excellent pillows- soft and plenty. The bathroom was tight, obviously updated from an older version; the complimentary toiletries a pleasant scent, and the bath robe handy since I forgot mine. I loved the decor and architecture and proximity to fantastic restaurants and musical venues. 」

「The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. 」

「I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. The energy and vibes were amazing and relaxing. It exceded my expectations. The food and restaurants facilities were also wonderful.」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「We had a great time at this hotel. Kabrel, the gentleman behind the bar provided great service and we had a blast after coming back from a night on Bourbon St. Unfortunately, we wasn't there during the weekend, and we could tell, as the experience wasn't as fun as the first night. 」

「The room was freezing cold. I turned the heat up to 85 but it stayed cold for a long time. Had to wear my jacket to bed and a bath towel to keep me warm. The hotel itself is wonderful. 」
