「The employees makes this place! Very friendly and helpful! The inside of rooms are in need of some TLC, but the very fair price, comfortable beds and peaceful location is still worth the visit. Definitely will return!」

「Property was in a small town so not many amenities around Cooperstown especially in ten winter. 」

「Simple & generally clean, had a quick and easy room change upon arrival as the assigned room wasn't fully clean - a simple mishap, the new room was well kept & ready to be used. WiFi worked fine, though disconnected every few hours, requiring logging back in with the local password. Workers were pleasant, environment was good. One small snag when arriving, side road to the hotel had a broken sign & the road down wasn't obvious.」

「Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay.」

「This is a low-end motel. There is incessant traffic noise from the highway. The only nearby eating establishment is Star Cafe, a typical greasy spoon with minimal fare. The only saving graces are the adjacent laundromat and the price. There is also a minimart by the gas station for survival needs. 」
