「Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. 」

「The room was far more than I expected! The room was clean. The front desk lady was helpful for the self check in. Everything was provided to cook a meal in the suite which was amazing! 」

「You’re paying a premium to stay at this hotel. At over $800 a night, I expected a lot more, and unfortunately it didn’t deliver. Our room had visible water damage, baseboards coming off the wall, badly stained lampshades, holes in the wallpaper, and worn furniture. It was a single king room that was obviously converted from a double queen, and it felt very bare. There was no artwork, no extra seating or furniture, and none of the small touches I’d expect from a higher-end property like bottled...
