"The hotel is in an excellent location near Old Quebec with lots of good restaurants and sights within walking distance. The hotel has convenient underground parking for $26/day. The interior-facing room (balcony with view of the pool) didn't seem noisy, as other reviews mention.
Issues with the hotel room: dated furnishings, dirty and worn furniture (the sofa was very dirty), loose handles on knobs, leaking sink, lamps that don't work. I mentioned this to cleaning staff and they didn't seem to care.
I think the hotel is fundamentally a good place to stay, but the hotel should make an effort to update furniture and fixtures."
