「Our stay was great! Underground parking was good. Additinal parking in the front( not much due to the snow). A trail to walk into town was right there. Very close to Spring Creek. The Hot tub was hot and the pool was well heated! Our kiddos loved the hot chocolate in the lobby. Our room was very clean and all the appliances worked! The showers were nice and big and the balcony was a good size and a great view of the mountains!」

「Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. 「Checking in was stressful as there is no on-site front desk everything is online, with a toddler crying and driving down from out of town with crappy weather my checking was stressful. The suite was really spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was our second time staying here, will definitely come back. 」

「In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.」
