The concierge ladies were so kind and helpful. They gave details and information to help us navigate there. We enjoyed chatting with them about Mallorcan experiences. The room temperature remained too warm despite the thermostat adjustment. Would be a pleasure to return here. 」

The building overall is impressive: chic lobby area, cool rooftop pool and bar with amazing views, and a great restaurant. Great location too--within walking distance of a supermarket, luxury shipping, and fine dining. Hotel staff is beyond friendly and always excited to help. 」

The hotel was clean, the check in process was smooth and the bedroom was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. 「The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card”...

We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill.
