「Strutrura grande, in buona posizione rispetto al centro del paese. Camere abbastanza spaziose, bagni nuovi. Colazione curata soprattutto per le torte. Personale disponibile ed educato.」

「ottima soluzione per pernottamento durante una tappa della ciclovia Alpe Adria, parcheggio all'interno per biciclette」

「Hôtel convivial et accueil sympathique」

「Lovely picturesque location. Worth keeping the window open at night to feel a cool mountain breeze. Staff are very friendly and room was quite clean and functional. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with almost any food item you would ever want. Definitely need to return!」

「房間完全收不到wifi.早餐不錯」

「飯店建築簡單內部設備及傢俱更是低廉，廁所會傳出臭味，住在閣樓房低矮的天花板讓我撞頭，這與他收的房價很不相符。」

「The hotel feels somewhat dated and would benefit from renovations. More importantly, there is no air conditioning, and our room was around 25-30°C during our stay in July, which made it very difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the location is excellent, right in the centre of Kranjska Gora.」

「They close the pool an gym at 9:00 the only bad thing」

「Da anni frequento Falkensteiner Carinzia camere pulitissime personale gentile ristorante veramente molto buono curato con i bravissimi cuochi molto preparati La spa grandiosa」

「Excellent breakfast. Location in a very scenic setting.」

「Absolutely fabulous, nice, family friendly apartman」

「Not the best stay.」

「Absolutely fabulous for families with children of all ages. The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world. We travelled with our teen boys in the summer and they were active all day. From rock climbing (ages 6 and up) to swimming, to the children’s area (arcade style basketball was a big hit!) to mountain biking the local area, this hotel was outstanding. Breakfast had a delicious buffet...

「Ein sehr sauberes nettes Zimmer. Lediglich die Nähe zum lauten Frühstücksbereich waren nicht allzu gut. Ansonsten würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen.」

「Very high level of service from the italian lady at the reception and the rest of the team. So rare that I needed to mention this. Hotel + Thermen also meet very high quality standards! Strongly recommend」
