「The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

「Il nostro soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole e in linea con le aspettative. Unico appunto riguarda la moquette nelle stanze, in particolare in quelle pet family: nonostante l’attenzione e la cura nella pulizia, riteniamo che resti una soluzione meno igienica rispetto a un pavimento tradizionale. Per il resto, tutto è stato all’altezza: il cibo era molto buono e il servizio si è distinto per attenzione, cortesia e professionalità. Un’esperienza positiva che, con qualche piccolo...

「Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Anlage sehr aufgeräumt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und auch beim Frühstück alles perfekt. Parkfläche auch für etwas größer Transporter geräumig. Sehr gutes WLAN, alles in allem kann ich es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. September 2025 Frank 」

L'unico difetto per cui ho tolto una stella alla struttura è che stanno ristrutturando il primo piano e quindi la mattina (ovviamente dopo le 8:00) c'è stato un po' di rumore dato dagli operai al lavoro. 「La camera era stata prenotata per 3 persone quando siamo arrivati era preparata solo per 2 persone, l’alloggio è in una piazza dove all’ultimo dell’anno non ci facevano passare neanche a piedi per motivi di sicurezza, abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti poi parlando con le forze dell’ordine siamo riusciti ad entrare. Personale ok al 31 dicembre in un ora è arrivato a sistemare la camera per 3 persone essendo le 22.30 del 31 dicembre mi è dispiaciuto per il personale. Camera bellissima, pulita. 」
