Zimmer waren hell, Bad sauber, leider ging die Klimaanlage um diese Jahreszeit nicht mehr und es war zu warm im Zimmer um gut zu schlafen. Fenster öffnen war keine Option wegen der vielen Stechmücken. Frühstück ist mittelmäßig und frisches Rührei oder Omelette nur gegen Aufpreis. Personal sehr freundlich.

We stayed at the UNA only for one night, in transit to Rome. Easy access from the motorway, quiet and clean, the property was just the right choice for this purpose. The hotel pool and closeness to both the sea and interesting sites would make it a good choice for longer stays as well.

Die Lage des Hotels kann man zwar nicht ändern, aber schön ist trotzdem anders. Recht nah an der Straße und daher recht laut. Am besten man fährt mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt. Gewisses Personal war sehr freundlich, aber manche auch gar nicht. Leider zum Teil recht unzugänglich, nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unser Zimmer später als gedacht beziehen, daher wäre eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit nett gewesen. Gab es aber nicht. Ansonsten ist die Inneneinrichtung sicher noch nicht alt, aber schon ziemlich runter gekommen. Typisch Business Hotel halt. Frühstück war aber ganz gut! Und das Personal im Restaurant war auch nett! Pool ist auch schön!

Gleicht eher einem Motel, sehr unpersönlich, unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, im Hotel selbst schon etwas abgenutzt (Teppich , Aussenmöbel), wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Tesla Supercharger, der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert sodass er einen Tag später auf wiederholte Anfrage getauscht wurde, das Zimmer war eiskalt und wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, das Beschwerdemanagement war bescheiden, immerhin gingen die Getränke Kosten der Minibar dann auf Kosten des Hauses Frühstück war ok aber kein Highlight, frischgepresster O Saft kostet extra sowie Eier, bei dem Hotelpreis hätte ich mir das inklusive gewünscht, der Frühstücksraum war schön draußen angelegt, allerdings hört man die Autos von der Straße nebenan , für 2 Nächte war es ok und als guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Highly recommend. Great location if you have a car to visit in the area. Pool is incredible. Breakfast buffet fabulous. Great service. We did not use bikes and seems like a great option to go into Forte Dei Marmi.
