「This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

「The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. 「Absolutely amazing stay! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony was definitely the highlight, especially having a private jacuzzi. It made the whole experience feel extra special and relaxing. The staff was amazing as well, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and plenty of things nearby. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!」

「The room was very clean and modern, and the location was excellent, just steps from the beach with several good restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that the room was very small, the air conditioning did not work properly so we couldn’t sleep well, and the front desk was unavailable after 5:00 PM.」

「The suites were AMAZING and clean with daily housekeeping. Modern design and appliances. We felt very safe. The staff was very responsive and helpful for the entire stay. Our flights arrived in the morning and the staff accommodated us and allowed us to check in early which was a huge help after a long flight. The location was excellent, nearby local eateries and a short drive to the ferry. I would stay here again when visiting Naples. 10/10 recommend!」

「WOW. Firstly, yes there are 183 steps to the property but the first 107 are straight up and then everything after that is a couple steps with landings and short walks inbetween. There’s also a hill to the stairs BUT they have free luggage service that they provide to help you get your suitcases up to the villa. That being said, the 183 steps are worth the absolutely breathtaking view (pun intended), the staff there are so sweet and helpful, and the rooms were so cute and clean and wonderfully...
