"Very beautiful hotel. The room is spacious and has nice views of the city center. The hotel is in the heart of Sydney's CBD. It is within 15–30-minute walking distance of most attractions that are near the CBD. Located next to shopping center, mall, and grocery store. Making it a very convenient hotel for travelers that are planning to explore Sydney without the need of a car. The only downside to this hotel is the water temperature when showering. Water temperature does not stay stable. It turns scorching hot in seconds during peak shower time. You are constantly adjusting your water temperature while showering."

"When we arrived just after 4pm our room wasn’t ready but they changed our room and kept us next to friends we were traveling with. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated which was a shame as we were travelling in winter. We had an amazing experience with one of the staff Allan, he was so kind and friendly. Helped us with booking tables for breakfast to making sure we understood how to get around Sydney and that we sore some really cool parts."

"This is now my favorite Sydney hotel. Location is fantastic, we had the view overlooking Darling Harbour, just wow!! The hotel gave us early checkin which was a bonus to drop off your bags. Room service was very quick and food was to rave about. Had the buffet breakfast twice and that filled us up for the day (cost $48 AUD pp). Ice and filtered water on each floor. Went to the bar and had a real mixture with my drinks order, barman did a great job which even included a rather yummy sweet Chai. Aussie house chadonay was absolutely delightful, grabbed 2 glasses! Rooms are a good size, shower is powerful and the room extremely clean. 10/10, can't fault this hotel."
