「The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. 「I booked this room because it was pet friendly while we were in Hagerstown for a family reunion. As it turned out I and the dog were not able to attend. My husband stayed there and he said he liked it a lot and we would stay there the next time we traveled through with our dog. 」

「Everything was so clean and comfortable. We stayed in a king suite, the living room furniture was comfortable and looked to be nearly new. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was so comfy! I did not expect a stovetop, dishwasher, and full size fridge. It was all just very nice. And breakfast was delish!」

「I appreciated the room because it had no carpet (laminate or whatever it was is much cleaner and is definitely my preference) and because it had a wonderful king size bed. Also, the walk in shower was great for my husband who is currently on a cane, although a grab bar in the shower would have been a wonderful safety feature.」

「Nice relatively new hotel property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had quite a few choices but was often cold and things that should be crispy weren’t (potato rounds specifically). Staff was friendly and helpful. Location seemed safe. Construction on US 40 at the entrance was kind of a pain but that isn’t the property’s fault and is temporary I’m sure. Would recommend and would stay again. 」
