「Nicely groomed 」

「The photos don’t do this place justice! We got in and asked if we could extend our stay! It’s all about the small touches and this place had no shortage of them. They called me to make sure I understood after hours check in. My family and I were walked to our room. We got the suite that looked over the falls. It was spacious, modern, and had more than everything. Family friendly for sure. Breakfast was the nicest and locally sourced continental breakfast ever and was in a cozy gathering room....

「This was a lovely stay. My room was far larger than I expected, clean, newly renovated, well priced. It was literally 7 minutes from Northampton where the rooms were 3 times the price.」

「Everyone was wonderful. Always greeted in the halls by staff, coming and going from front desk staff. Stan and Vanessa were extremely friendly and always did a great job. Definitely will be staying here again soon. 」

「facility needs to be updated. Parking lot hard to get into - insufficient signage Corridors smelled stale. Room was clean and beds comfortable but not enough outlets near beds. Please take as constructive criticism, not complaints. Would stay again if the need arises. 」
