「This hotel is exactly as it is online..beautiful. The check in staff could not be more helpful. But If including breakfast, be prepared to wait and not necessarily welcomed or helped!! Gym facilities great and very clean. Would go back in a heartbeat. 」

「This is the second time I live here. This time my room is next to an alley that you can hear people talking outside. It is a bit noisy compare to my first stay. The good side is the room and bathroom are still clean. A nice place to stay with a resonable price.」

「The service of the lady at the Check-in counter was disappointing. She gave us an accessible room which we didn't ask for. As we only stay one night, we didn't request for a change of room and tolerated it.」

「The food for breakfast is of limited variety and not all items are available on each day over the 6 days I stayed. 」

「Very good location for Edinburgh airport. Our room was quiet as we were in the last room at the back away from the lifts and the rooms above the bar. Managed to find a trolley at the hotel, so we could easily transport our 3 massive suitcases to the terminal.」
