「The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean and spacious. The tv in our room didn’t work and there wasn’t any hot water from the bathroom faucet. We didn’t find the front desk staff to be very helpful. This was surprising given the cost of the hotel.」

「We loved our stay, the hotel had minor construction going on (till June 1st) but it still was a lovely stay. The property is in a quiet location close to many great restaurants, shopping, casino and the French Quarter. If you want character and a moody yet elegant New Orleans vibe the Eliza Jane does not disappoint. We enjoyed our magazine street view, and watching the second line at two weddings across the street. It can get a little noisy if facing the venue when traffic backs up but that did...
