The hotel's location is very good, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff are also very friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the guest room was not very ideal. After checking in, I found that they did not change the bed sheets, so I had to go to the front desk to get them and then return to the room to change them myself. The equipment and hotel supplies in the room are also incomplete. Somewhat disappointed.

Highly recommend. Though no views in our room, we enjoyed quiet nights here. The room is clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly. It's quiet near to the French quarter area (without the noise) and convenient to get to different tourist attractions.

I think the lady’s name was Ursula , she was the best. I have been to so many hotels and she went out of her way to talk to me and make sure I was ok. By the time I left I felt like I was saying bye to a cousin or old friend . I recently lost my wife and have been struggling to find joy. she really made me feel great every day. Thank you

Loved the location as you can walk to a lot of restaurants close to French quarters. I did not get the room i booked upon check in but Taylor fixed the issue for me the next day once a king room became available. Room was clean but definitely needs some upgrades, surroundings were quiet so perfect for a nap and goodnight sleep. I would stay there again as it was also affordable.

Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped down, cigarette butts on floor same spot for three days. I asked at the front desk if they vacuumed the floors as of me forth day leaving hall floor remained the same. We were moved to another room on Sunday due to leaking from the upstairs toilet that just so happen while being used and while dripping all over my husband's shirt Disgusting) Offered a comp breakfast, we are not European breakfast eaters and coffee was available. Apologies are Good, Yet AC Marriott will not be my choice again. Extremely disappointed with my Anniversary Weekend.

The room was quite small in comparison to the pictures online. We had an issue with valet parking, but when we attempted to resolve with the hotel, they told us it was a completely different company and they couldn’t help us. This of course was not disclosed before we had the issue also the bathroom door is frosted glass and there is really not much privacy at all. Also, the blackout drapes wouldn’t close completely so we had to pin them closed.

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at the A/C. Housekeeping missed critical points when refreshing the room. The phone in the room never had a dial tone to call the front desk. The building needs foundation work as the flooring in our room has caulk to disguise the cracks. Also the valet wait was unbearable- often there was only one guy working. When we arrived the first room they gave us had not been cleaned from the prior occupants.

Our 3-day, 2-night stay at the New Orleans location was extremely disappointing.(weekdays, no major events in town, month of March) easily the worst experience we’ve had so far. We’ve genuinely received better service at a basic motel. 1.The staff had a noticeable attitude, and service was incredibly inconvenient. We stayed on the 6th floor and had to go up and down multiple times a day because no one was available to assist upstairs. 2. There were multiple maintenance issues throughout our stay lights not working, conditioner was empty, our key was randomly deactivated, and the shower rainfall feature didn’t work. We reported all of this to the front desk, but instead of actually fixing the problems, staff kept telling us to “do this” or “do that,” as if we didn’t know how to operate basic things like turning on lights. Nothing was properly resolved. 3. We also felt there was some level of profiling, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. 4.To make matters worse, fire alarm tests were conducted repeatedly at 8 AM and again in the evening. The constant disruptions were exhausting and completely ruined our trip. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. Definitely not returning. Just one guy African American guy was helpful-so thank you .

When checking in we were notified there was a boil water notice, not a big deal. However, we weren’t notified when it was lifted. I’m not sure who dropped the ball there, but can improve on communication. Also, our stay was for 3 nights, I didn’t expect daily cleaning but we didn’t get cleaning/service at all. I had to call on the second day to request some clean towels. After waiting over half an hour I had to call again to see if there was a mixup as we had not received them. Ended up getting the towels within ten minutes after the second call. That was pretty inconvenient but overall we had a great stay.
