"The A/C was wonky. One of our rooms had the portable Costco A/C. The other 2 rooms had a A/C that was barely working. The place is DATED. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am and could not understand her, not sure if she was asking if we are checking out, I said check out is 11am right? The check in staff on May 25 around 730 pm did a good job but I cannot say the same for the front desk lady the next day around 930am. I was told we could request for a late check out when we checked in. The next day I called but no answer, maybe the phone is wonky too. I went down and politely asked if we could do a late check out as we will be picking up our car rental at 11. Front desk snaps, NO, I cannot do a late check out for the 3 rooms. Rude is an understatement. I would understand if my request is politely denied. This was not the case. So much for being in the hospitality service. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back."
