「The resort was stunning. The pool and beach were very nice. The staff for the breakfast buffet were excellent. The bar service was poor at best. Front deck gets an F- And while we appreciate the open air concept there is a lack of air condictioning in rooms.」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「We had a wonderful three night stay with two children visiting from the US. The rooftop pool had gorgeous mountain views and we were always able to find sun-beds with shade. Enjoyed drinking Soller Spritz by pool while the kids swam. The morning breakfast was delicious with lots of options and you can order hot food. Especially loved the omelets, pastries, and the coffee. The staff was so kind to our children. The hotel is close to town center, train to the Port, and delicious restaurants. Very...

「Beautiful property in the mountains, so peaceful and well maintained. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. It is truly a hidden gem in Sóller! It was our second time visiting. Staff was extremely helpful and made you feel at home.」

「Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves.」

「Lovely hotel, and nice amenities Lucia is an absolute super star and was so helpful when my father got sick, and was so caring. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that!
