"We had a wonderful three night stay with two children visiting from the US. The rooftop pool had gorgeous mountain views and we were always able to find sun-beds with shade. Enjoyed drinking Soller Spritz by pool while the kids swam. The morning breakfast was delicious with lots of options and you can order hot food. Especially loved the omelets, pastries, and the coffee. The staff was so kind to our children. The hotel is close to town center, train to the Port, and delicious restaurants. Very thankful to have air conditioning and shade by the pool in July. Despite being busy time of the year the hotel didn’t feel too crowded."

"The overall experience was good. We liked the pool bar and the free entrance to the spa - although the spa could use some extra love and care. The breakfast was diverse and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location close to the airport, the public beach and lots of restaurants nearby. One issue was that there were not enough sunbeds and people reserved them by placing towels and leaving them unattended for hours. Sure one could tell the staff about the issue and they would remove the towels but we feel too conflict-avoidant to ask for that. The overall cleaning in the spa and pool area could be improved. Especially in the spa you could find hair on the floor and in the sauna. We also found a few ants crawling on the floor of the room despite our room being on the second floor. It was a good stay for most parts but not great value for the money that we paid."

"The resort was stunning. The pool and beach were very nice. The staff for the breakfast buffet were excellent. The bar service was poor at best. Front deck gets an F- And while we appreciate the open air concept there is a lack of air condictioning in rooms."

"Had a really great time as a solo traveller. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a standard buffet breakfast, a good amount of veggie options (would’ve loved veggie sausages). Very close to the beach and the bus stop to go into the town and the airport (very frequent buses, 25 min bus journey). There was also a really nice and cheap tapas place down the road (bar Alaska), and some really nice places to eat in palma town (l’informal, bar espana). There’s a bigger supermarket about 5/10 min walk away that had more picky bits for lunch and a bakery section. The area and hotel felt very safe, had no issues safety wise. There were showers in the spa that guests can use after check out which was helpful and luggage can be stored too. Overall, a great time and I’d recommend!"
