Beautiful hotel in central area. The staff was nice & friendly. room was very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable

We only stayed one night here, but the staff was very helpful in giving us information on what boat to take to see Amalfi. We arrived early so they stored our luggage while we explored the area. The pool service, evening drinks on the patio, and breakfast buffet were outstanding. Staff arranged a car service to take us back to Naples that was very reasonable in price. It is a 15 min walk downhill to the beach and shops so be prepared for the steep walk back. The hotel has the first elevator...

The property was located in the city center and offered convince to restaurants and entertainment. We were located in the large top room which offered ample room for our long stay.

This place is in great location, best restaurants, all walkable, complimentary breakfast is superb

Our room was beautiful and walking distance to all the areas we wanted to see. Valentina was great at getting back to us very fast plus she went beyond to have a lovely detail waiting for us since we were there for our honeymoon. Bed was super comfy too, 10/10 stay!

Amazing hospitality and all around wonderful 3 night stay, will come again!

Very nice place, close to the city center. Clean and neat. Sweet owner, the access to the rooms is with a card that beeps loud everytime you use it. Might be loud. Overall everything was perfect. Will definitely come again

There was a very old elevator that you could take up to the room, which was a suite of about four different rentals... however you had to follow the directions precisely, and it seemed a little rickety. The neighborhood didn't seem particularly safe, but the room was very clean...

I cannot say enough good things about Palazzo Dessy! The location was perfect with access to wonderful restaurants just steps from the door. Access to the property and communication upon arrival was managed beautifully, there was no confusion on arrival. The property was immaculately well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious… no need to start your day searching for someplace to eat. We rented the suite on the 4th floor, we used the...
