「Plaide frank Sinatra all day until 11 pm on a loop next too our room. They charged me twice As much and promised a 30 percent discount on my stay when I should them proof of a room identical for 1/2 the same night. Never did honored my discount, they said we will email you. Never did.」

「It's a basic 3 star hotel located in the hills, price performance is good but room is not comfortable. More or less a motel.」

「The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. 」

「We loved everything about the resort, the grounds, the pool areas, the dining options. Great location and definitely catch the shuttle to Cefalu which the hotel runs in the morning and afternoon, only 25 min bus ride.」

「Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.」

「Excellent location . Beautiful hotel, keeping the old building base with modern rooms and classic furniture. Loved the intimate breakfast in the garden. Fresh baked cakes many choices everyday. Wonderful service at breakfast and all during our atay. The rooftop lounge and sellf service bar is a great addition. I would return Thank you Giada!」

「Breakfast good and room was clean. Wifi never worked in room. Hot water only lasts 45 seconds then all warm water and pressure goes out. Very stressful car valet process, extremely busy corner, honking buses, etc. Since you essentially have to block traffic to drop your car. Be ready to jump out of your car with all your bags if it is a busy day.」
