「I was with my kids and the food was horrible! Thank goodness there was a restaurant nearby I had to pay every night to go and eat because the food was not good at all. There was a roach in my room and when I called Customer Service, it took them 30 minutes to tend to my trim and remove the roach. When I called the customer service rep that answered, she stated that this is normal and I was shocked. The power went out twice while I was there in the same night. I was not happy about this trip.」

「you don’t get what is being advertised by the resort,you are not entitled to any of the good restaurants unless you are staying more then 3 days or have privilege wristband, & the buffet only serves average food , they make mainly Dominicans foods, and for you to get from one place to the other is a mission. there is a snack bar by the beach were they makes two burgers out of one beef pattie by cutting the beef pattie in to two and puting only one haft in to each burger. my room in particular...
