「I have been returning to Velero Beach Resort multiple times over the past 20 years. The stay is always wonderful. The staff are exceptionally gracious and the location right on the water's edge is magnificent. Daily breakfast in the Sunset Grill is always a treat, only to be surpassed by watching sunset from the same location for dinner. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back again.」

「Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia. Very friendly staff (Lucy was so welcoming and Kenny was very kind and helpful), clean safe grounds, gated, clean rooms with comfortable beds, stovetop, AC, microwave, sink, warm pool, on-the-beach lookout, kite launch next door at the kite school or anywhere in the beach, local produce across the street, restaurant down the beach. 「Please don’t bother to book this places. I requested a room free of any mold smell from the air condition. Went I got there those were the only room they had. I end up in third flood. The room I stayed was not ready the room only had two towels (we were 4) there were not feet towel either. They kept saying they were going to bring towels and a glass bottle to drink water, That never happened. There was no hot water. The water was spilling all across the bathroom went taking a shower. Food...
