「warm and friendly」

「Everything was great !!」

「Very cool and great 」

「We enjoyed the historical aspect of the inn and the beauty of the buildings. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants. I wished I had asked for a paper copy of my bill as I do not have one in my email.」

「Rooms are always clean the people that work there are great people」

「This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.」

「Very clean」

「TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done.」
