"Stunning property with great views. I found the rooms not veey sound proof. I would get woken up from other people entering the rooms. The doors just close very loud. And the hot tub was luke warm, with it being cooler outside still it would of been nice for a bit more heat and jet pressure. But other then that the hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, very clean. "

"The good: Staff is great. The pool is great, as well as the gym and hot tub. The bad: The room was fairly dated, we had a chip in the wall and the bathroom drain was not working fully. We also had empty bottle of shower gel when we arrived. For the Fairmont, you kind of expect everything to be perfect as I have stayed at lots of Fairmont properties before and this was the most underwhelming Fairmont experience I have had."

"Honestly had a terrible time, the hotel is very cheap we came cause there’s a smoke teriyaki event and because we smelled coming back they charged 250 dollars. The front desk are nice but there’s a little lady I think she’s the manager, she’s extremely Rude. I’m going to have to dispute my credit charge because we certainly did not smoke in the room. Very unacceptable behaviour from staff."
