"Staff was helpful and friendly. Fast Check in. I had checked in before arrivaled. This trip was for my birthday. We had 2 free drinks at the bar of hotel and a surprise birthday dessert in the room. Bedroom had a good size and had a cosy bed. We had a good sleep. Has smart TV supported mirroring for my phone to watching video show on TV. Air conditioning was good .Breakfast is nice. It was buffet breakfast . The buffet food maybe not many foods choice. But they also had menu options including for breakfast . We were really enjoyed it. The price was £17.50 ( buffet and menu options)if you booking the breakfast . Walk in will be £19. It a good price for a breakfast at hotel. Good food is not cheap in there area of Edinburgh . We also really enjoyed the swim pool, sauna and steam room. Very relaxing before we going out. Location was good. Easy to walking to anywhere in 5-30 minutes. For shopping, restaurant and Sightseeing locations. Is a wonderful hotel.
Only 1 happened made me disappointed . I found Lipstick print on the cup when I tried to made a cup of coffee. I hope they will improve the room keeping of the future .Anyway ,I like this hotel. We will visit again of the future."
