"We went as a foursome to celebrate an anniversary. The staff, as always, are friendly and helpful and the service in the restaurant is efficient and cheerful. We had great rooms with a great view of the fells. The spa is wonderful. I had a fantastic afternoon in the gym and pool then relaxed with a book with occasional trips to the outdoor spa. "Stayed in one of the apartments. Was huge, well equipped, clean and excellent location. The hotel staff can not do enough for you. Spa is brilliant, all facilities excellent, and 10/10 breakfast. Love the txting service where you can txt reception if you need anything. Apartments are directly above the pub which is great. Only 1 issue, wish we stayed longer. Will be back for sure x"
