「Clean room, helpful staff. We were on the fifth floor and only one elevator worked, and sometimes that elevator didn’t work needs repair.」

「Overall, a good stay. The breakfast spread was good. However, you cannot open any of the windows. No fan in the bathroom. You have to pay $1 to get key access to the laundry, which has 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL hotel guests. Have to pay $1 for use of the dryer. I had to sit in the laundry room to make sure I could get my laundry done. There were 5 people who wanted to do laundry after me, and one person sat with me to confirm they would be next. Had to laugh when I saw the shower gel above...

「The king suite was spacious and clean. The price was very reasonable for the room size and condition. No breakfast, but you're not paying for it either. Lots of restaurants plus the mall nearby.」

「Room was spacious & clean. We did have difficulty when we had a plugged toilet for the first day but then staff came & plunged it better than my husband could (he did try & it never overflowed). We didn’t have any hot water for showers but we both took “cool” ones & survived. The hotel had a plumber come out on day 3 because it was a hotel-wide problem. 「The room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave, and everything in the room was in working order. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star...

「We booked our stay while they were in the middle of remodeling. The staff was super helpful and we were able to park near our room to avoid the construction. The pool was SO cold we could hardly dip our feet in. The kids tried to swim but the water was freezing. The breakfast was ok, it was clear because of the remodel things were more limited than they normally would be. Also our room door was really difficult to close, we had to slam it shut and the kids couldn't even open it, hopefully...
