「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

The location is perfect — within a few steps of the Port of Sóller, and a short walk to restaurants, and shops. The view from our room was absolutely unbeatable, and the beds were very comfortable. 「I enjoyed my stay. Gabriel, really took care of me when I was there. He was attentive and prompt and very kind. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area and there is not much around to do unless you have means of transportation to get around. It’s a perfect place to unplug, read books, drink your wine, and just be.
