「On a passé un très bon séjour. Equipe disponible et environnement dépaysant. Le parc avec la piscine est top et propre. Dommage que nous ayons eu des jeunes peu respectueux au milieu de la nuit (chambre en dessous de la nôtre) a parler fort et taper sur les murs. Sinon nous avons passer un excellent week end. Le petit plus appréciable est la clim déjà allumé à l'arrivée dans la chambre! 」

「I stayed at the _Leonardo Royal_ in Palma and overall, it was a very good experience. _The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming_, always smiling and ready to help — a real plus that makes all the difference. The hotel itself was _very clean and well equipped_, with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s easy to feel comfortable there. A small downside regarding the room: it lacked a bit of cleanliness upon arrival, with dust and a few hairs visible, which was unfortunate...

「Hotellet kunne godt trænge til en upgrade og specielt badeværelset. Vi var plaget af myrer på badeværelset og blev på venlig vis flyttet til et andet værelse. Pool og bar området er hyggeligt, og der er lavet et hyggeligt område til rygere, hvilket gør pool området er pænt og rent. Det er første gang, at jeg har set, at man vasker hver enkel solvogn af med en klud. Personale i reception og bar var hjælpsomme og venlige. Man kan måske gøre lidt mere ud af at fortælle andre gæster, at man skal...

「Gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und sehr freundlichem Personal. Perfekte Lage. Parkplätze und Strand direkt vor der Türe. Leider hat der Abfluss im Badezimmer erwas gerochen und in der Küche hatten wir einige Ameisen.」

「Mycket bra läge, hotellet renoveras och vi bodde i lägenheten utan renovering, därför lägenheten var i dåligt skick, men vi tycker att hotellet ligger perfekt och vi kan ta våra hundar med . Vi har redan beställt nästa vistelse på samma hotell .Hoppas renovering går fort. 」

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
