「I booked a balcony suite which was disappointing. The room was a good size, but poorly appointed. While there was a nice balcony, the exterior space was all enclosed in an atrium with all of the other balconies which afforded zero privacy and no one made use of the their balcony space. The executive lounge had a very meagre offering compared with other typical concierge lounges.」
