「Clean and comfortable.」

「Front desk check in person was nice and helpful. Not sure why I got charged $24 for parking. I parked the car there one afternoon and left early the next morning. So, what the heck? The advertised rate for non hotel guests is $12 a day. And they said that I parked free as a guest. So, this is a rip off.」

「This is a quaint old home in the fields of Ireland. Beautiful views, great food, and comfy bed to sleep in.」

「Just from start to finish wasn't enjoyable. On the phone was told included breakfast when I arrived it didnt. Room wasn't great. No back on remote to cover batteries with a toddler. Had to pay to use soft play as a guest. Nice girl in bar long ponytail was very helpful but other than that wont be back」

「This is a great place to stay for tourists or business visits. Friendly staffs, good breakfast, cozy room, clean towels, what else will we expect for more? ;-) Only suggestion is the unstable WiFi connection in the corner room in the evening.」

「Centrally located, a gorgeous heritage property with friendly staff, lively bar and wonderful breakfasts. Tanya at the front desk welcomed us efficiently and recommended the best nearby attractions, making our stay in Ennis perfectly delightful. Highly recommend !!」

「Great hotel, stayed here many times. Short walk to the centre, direct regular bus transfer from outside the hotel to and from shannon airport - route 343, cost €8.60 one way. We booked an exec room which gives access to the exec lounge, offering here is a little basic but the room is nice. My only feedback would be to suggest that the coffee machine in the room needs updating.」

「Staff were excellent, so was the food. The room was fine. One downside was the absence of a desk lamp, which made working at the desk a little murky after dark. Also the room walls seem a bit thin; you can hear a lot from other rooms.」
