Breakfast was good staff in there was polite. Was there for the conference which was great. The motel facility was horrible, elevators did not work,vending machines didnt either as well as housekeeping was never done while there wasnt even toilet paper on my second day there. Pool wasnt open either ...

Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
