「Nice breakfast」

「Broken toilet seat in our room. Cards didn’t work to get in the doors. Room didn’t get cleaned during the day. Cobwebs in corners of room. Couldn’t find staffing to get help when we reported issues nothing was done to fix them.」

「After checking in, we immediately noticed an unpleasant odor in the room, but chose to overlook it due to a long day. Within an hour, I woke up with itchy eyes and nose and had an asthma attack. The smell was then unmistakable—it strongly resembled a dog kennel. My husband spoke with the front desk and was informed that all rooms on every floor are pet-friendly. 「The Casino was amazing. I have been to a lot of casinos and this was one of the best. The room was very nice and there’s a nice choice of restaurants.」

「The room was dirty. When we left i noticed the blanket had a stain. The bathroom was dirty. The shower head was gross. We had to ask for new towels. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. 」
