「Excellent location. General facilities are professionally kept and serviced. Two small details impacted our visit. Sofa in-room is tiny and uncomfortable, and the only living room seating. Queen-sized bed was also very uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise kitchen was well-equipped, washer/dryer worked great and shower/bathroom was lovely. 」

「neat tidy but smaller room especially for a family however it was only 1 night so its fine. I did genuinely think i was booking a 1 bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen area. so i was greatly disappointed but thats not the motel's fault , i think it was just incorrect photos used. 」

「One of the best caravan parks we’ve been to. Room was really really nice and all the staff are very friendly. Great pool options and my boys loved the skate park. I would have given 4.5 if I could and the half a point taken away because I believe for the price of accommodation mini golf should be included 」

「The unit was very comfortable and located directly across the street from Happy Valley Beach. Shops and places to eat very close and the boardwalk and park area along the foreshore was terrific in the afternoons. 」

「The property is very well located right on King's Beach .It was great walking on the the beach and then straight into our unit complex. It was very clean and tidy but could use a freshen up with a re paint. Otherwise , a very lovely stay which we will be doing again in the future. 」

「It is a great place to stay. The only downside I can see is that the staff are just not quite what you would expect from a hotel of the Ramada quality. And they do try and upsell you to the Wyndham program. Also, we have stayed there before and it seems there is no record of our previous stay, so it was like we were first time visitors. Would have been nice to be recognised as a frequent visitor to the hotel. But, as I state, we have stayed there before and will again. It's just little 'staff'...

「The room is big and clean with a nice balcony. It only takes few minutes walk to the Kings beach which is a beautiful one. Some restaurants are near by and a bus station is very close. Will book it again next time=]」
