Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location walking distance to Chermside shopping center. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. The only negative was a slight unpleasant smell walking into the room. Not sure what that was.

Proximity Waterfront Apartments
Great location, restaurants within walking distance, coffee shop downstairs. Nice view, however would request a unit higher than Level 1. Our unit had a palm tree blocking some of the view. Great size apartment, plenty of room and heaps of storage space. Huge bathrooms with so much storage space. ...
