"Would’ve been a 5 star rating if the cell service was excellent and the weather was warmer when we stayed. I loved it so much! It was a cute little motel with an ocean front view! I have never stayed in a hotel that was right by the ocean. Literally steps from the ocean. We stayed 1 week. Here are the great things that happened: before I arrived just asked me if I wanted to change rooms with a better view of the ocean for free yes absolutely so that was so nice of him! I got to the motel at midnight, so it was very convenient that they have a lock box with instructions on how to access your room. When I was checking out Justin helped me take my stuff down, there is access to beach chairs and other beach stuff that you can use while staying there. There is a hose to wash the sand off ur things before going in your room. TV was good. Parking was good and felt secure Neighbors very nice and there is a pizza place next door. Not so great things: the WiFi was spotty and unprotected, we had a very cold night and since there is no central air or a/c we had to use a space heater which stopped working in the middle of the night and we were so cold in morning but I got another one when the office opened. It really needs updating as far as central heat and ac goes. You are really just paying for the view. If you want to enjoy the ocean and unplug from society for a couple of days this is a wonderful spot for you. If you need technology to be superb then you should look somewhere else. "

"On arrival attendant was very pleasant. We were placed in Room 1230 away from main site (Bldg across the way); Both Friday night and Saturday night from 9:30pm - 3:30am tenants above (laundry area, next door 1229 and the other side were loud in and out of steel door slamming; kids running above and the smell of weed on us and on all of our belongings; I made a call to office Friday night as was told families live in those units and that was the way it goes; We were in town for a USTA Tennis Tournament where my children were up at 6am both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The music from the Harley event was music to our ears and ended at a decent time. The rest was pure HELL!"

"The pool is in a nice location! The staff is very helpful! The location is great! If you’re looking to see a sun rise it’s in a great location! There is a restaurant connected to the office! Great food! "

"This place needs to be closed down! Seriously I cannot begin to describe not how filthy, unsafe, and horrible odorous it is. The person in the front desk is unwelcoming, unprofessional, and lied to me about my reservation, stating that the room I had reserved was no longer available (king size bed). While I was walking down the open window room corridor I saw at least 2 that were empty. And there is more, but, if all this still has you going there, I'm not wasting more of my time on this 0/10!!!!"
