「Across the street from THE ARK ENCOUNTER. Very convenient! Our first impression of the MOTEL was not good. A closed restaurant that was fenced up shared their parking lot. 「The pictures of the exterior of the building were not quite what it looked like in person. You can definitely tell there has been some time that has passed since taken. The room was clean but had an odor that may have been a stronger smelling cleaner to remove odors. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent. The place to eat looked much larger in the pictures, but in person, much less space.」

「Air-conditioning and room did not work. Apparently it was repaired two days before? Was moved to a different room finally very late with two young children. Had to sleep on a cot/couch. Manager was extremely rude, and embarrassed my wife in front of a whole room full of people including our grandchildren in the morning and no compensation was given. This hotel is strategically located at the Ark Encounter and I would recommend avoiding it and travelling to have a better stay.」

「great bathroom facility even is the soap/ shampoo provided is watered down. Just a heads up, the bathroom isn't the only thing that is on a hill. 「I arrived at 12:15 am to check in. No one was there!!!! I called the telephone # 5 times and no one answered!!! I had already paid for the room on line so I asked a lady where the desk clerk was.
