"Was disappointed that my hair brush went missing. I understand that we and the staff were on lock down due to the car fires cartel business. I think the hotel should have stepped up and provided those products. The most disheartening was we were charged 100 dollars us to stay another hour after check out, with our flight being postponed. It was a good location. Eric and Darnell were fantastic by the pool."

"Great friendly staff. Only comment I would make. Guest coffee in the morning, we preferred to use our own , reusable, environmental friendly cups to save the environment. "The property is very clean; dated but very well maintained. Hopefully the renovations will begin soon to update the rooms which is much needed. I have been here many times; there are a few differebt "types" of 1 bedroom layouts. We were in the smallest one. When asked to switch, it was declined and the supervisor (Ivan) we spoke to about it was rude. We had 6 small drawers for a family of 4 and had to basically live out of suitcases for 3 weeks. We had also requested a cot / roll away bed way before arrival. We checked in and told it will be in the room. Hours later, i went back to ask about it, and was told there is none. Meanwhile, there was one sitting outside the housekeepers closet on our floor for a week. I requested extra pillows and blankets and got questioned why i need them. I went to the front desk a few times the first week asking if theres space to move, and each time declined. The bell boys are AMAZING.... always super friendly. The restaurant staff are also fantastic. My kids particpated in the kids club activities - they were just ok, but staff were very friendly. For some reason, no music played by the pool area - only during zumba and aqua aerobics. And even then, it was very low. Food on site is good - just expensive for the small portions. Turndown service was inconsistent- some days we would get it plus fresh set of towels. Other days we wouldnt. Location of the resort is perfect. Central to everything, which is ideal. "

"Fabulous hotel, attentive staff, great location. This is a perfect hotel for people interested in a quieter part of Puerto Vallarta yet close to everything. The rooftop pool is a great place to enjoy the city and sunsets. "
